Rumors
The best way I handle rumors is just ignore them. It’s just a waste of time trying to explain myself because the people who are encouraging the rumor are only trying to see my frustration grow. I know it’s hard to just dismiss rumors, especially when they’re about you. However, the less I react, the less encouraged they become.
